Kuntin Taiming International Enterprise Garden

Taiming International Enterprise Garden is an industrial park led and supported by Taihu Town Government and invested and operated by Kuntin Group. It is committed to becoming a national-level cultural and creative media industrial park with an overall positioning in the industries of media, information and digital technology. With a total building area of 67,000 square meters, the garden has ingeniously integrated the European minimalist architectural concept with the traditional Chinese courtyard concept, proposed as “enclosing enterprises within a courtyard”, and built to be a modern international business complex integrating office, R&D, business, display and other functions. As of now, more than 60 enterprises, including Beijing BTV Media, Beijing Dragon Culture Media and related digital technology and technology companies have settled in the garden, forming a cultural and creative industrial park with cultural media as the mainstay, and incubating value-added projects and customizing superior resources as terminal solutions.

Park Profile

Project planning:

The project has been put into use since in 2015. The park, with a total building area of 67,000 square meters, consists of 77 single office and R&D buildings and one comprehensive building. The comprehensive building is the comprehensive service center of the garden and mainly serves for internal affairs.

Project location:

The transportation network in Taihu District is becoming more and more useful as Beijing-Harbin, Beijing-Tianjin and Beijing-Shanghai expressways have been constructed to achieve a seamless connection between Taihu, Langfang and Yongqing in Hebei, as well as Tianjin among others. The East Fifth Ring Road, the East Sixth Ring Road, the Subway Batong Line, and the Yizhuang Line constitute a three-dimensional transportation network of “three horizontal and two vertical light rails”. 

Taihu will become "one of the new cities with the most intensive transportation network in Beijing” due to the planned Line S6 connecting the airport, Line R2 connecting Changping Future Technology City and CBD, the Second Expressway of Beijing Capital International Airport that will also be extended to the vicinity of Taihu Toll Station, Tongzhou and the new subway line brought by Universal Studios.

Park support:

There are complete lifestyle facilities around the park as well as diverse ammenities in the park, such as a high-end business club with luxury reception room, a special restaurant, a high-class guest room, a health physiotherapy center, and a fitness club to meet a variety of needs of enterprises, including serving banquets, VIP reception and holding large-scale conferences. Meanwhile, a public area for business activities and exchanges is provided for the enterprises located within the park.

Traffic location:

It is 1 km away from the exit of Beijing-Harbin Expressway in Taihu and the park is directly connected to the subway that allows access to China Beijing World Tower in 20 minutes.

It takes only 15 minutes from Tongzhou to the Fourth Ring Road through the new expressway from the East Sixth Ring Road to the East Second Ring Road.

It is adjacent to the planned Line S6 connecting the new airport with Beijing Capital International Airport.

Subway Batong Line is extended southward to Beijing Universal Theme Park;

Line 7 will be fully gotten through in 2019 and the terminal station is located in Universal Studios;

Line 17 that will go through four districts, Changping, Chaoyang, Dongcheng and Tongzhou, will be fully put into operation by the end of 2019.
