On January 19, 2024, Qiu Ming, Chairman of Kuntin Group, attended the 2024 Annual Summit hosted by the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF). As a director of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone (Singapore) Co., Ltd. (BETDAS), he signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SMF at the signing ceremony on behalf of BETDAS. Mr. Dennis Mark, Chief Executive Officer of SMF, signed the document for the federation.
The signing of the MOU with SMF lays a solid foundation for boosting trade and investment cooperation in the manufacturing sector between enterprises and institutions of China and Singapore. As an officially designated overseas investment promotion entity authorized by Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone (Beijing E-Town), Kuntin Group’s signing of this MOU marks the full rollout and advancement of a regular operational mechanism for its overseas investment promotion platform based in Singapore in the new year.

In May 2023, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone entered into an agreement with Kuntin Group, officially entrusting the Group to set up overseas investment promotion representative offices in Germany, Singapore and the United States. Chairman Qiu Ming was appointed the zone’s Chief Senior Industrial Development Advisor.
Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone (Singapore) Co., Ltd. was established in Singapore, enabling the full launch of Kuntin’s overseas investment promotion services. The Group has actively engaged with numerous multinational enterprises and institutions based in Singapore.
