During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges and held extensive discussions on future development. The two parties stated that they would maintain consistent firm cooperation and work hand in hand to jointly advance the Kuntin Wuxi Future Intelligent Manufacturing Park (Phase II) project.
Secretary Wu Wei noted that relevant departments of Meicun Sub-district are fully pressing ahead with the preliminary work for Phase II of the project. He remarked that the Kunting Wuxi Future Intelligent Manufacturing Park (Phase II) marks a brand-new model of government-enterprise collaboration. He further expressed full confidence that, as a high-tech industrial park jointly built by both sides under this innovative cooperation framework, the project will set a new benchmark and raise the latest standards for exemplary tech industrial parks within the Yangtze River Delta region.
Chairman Qiu Ming stated that Kuntin Group will integrate its core development and operation teams as well as diverse resources, sparing no effort to further elevate project quality. Compared with Phase I, Kuntin Wuxi Future Intelligent Manufacturing Park (Phase II) will deliver substantial improvements across multiple dimensions, including spatial layout design, supporting facilities, park ecological environment, and green and low-carbon development. Additionally, the Group will raise the threshold for introducing high-quality enterprises to the park.

At the meeting, Qiu Ming, Chairman of Kuntin Group, also delivered a comprehensive presentation to leading officials from the Party Working Committee of Wuxi China-Europe Industrial Innovation Zone and Meicun Sub-district regarding the brand-new industrial sectors and operational models that the Group will fully commit to developing in the next stage. They aspire to facilitate the application and implementation of such initiatives across broader regional coverage and more extensive platforms.
Chairman Qiu Ming introduced that Kuntin Group officially became the exclusive general agent of the Asia-Pacific Green Alliance (APGA) for China in August 2025, tasked with introducing the Green Excellence Manufacturer (GEM) certification. By supporting enterprises to obtain GEM certification for their products, Kuntin will assist Chinese companies in gaining a competitive edge in ASEAN markets and lay a solid foundation for their further expansion into European and American markets. Drawing on the platform and service resources for green and low-carbon certification offered by the Asia-Pacific Green Alliance, and aligning with national policies vigorously advancing the construction of zero-carbon industrial parks, Kuntin Group is making concerted efforts to advance the implementation and development of the China-Singapore Green Carbon International Industrial Park. Starting from 2026, the Group plans to launch the China-Singapore Green Carbon International Industrial Park in an initial batch of 10 to 15 major central cities across China.
The China-Singapore Green Carbon International Industrial Park has received strong support from Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI). Initiated and presided over by the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), the project is jointly implemented by the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), the Asia-Pacific Green Alliance (APGA) and Kuntin Group.
Leveraging Singapore’s prominent edge in aggregating global market resources, particularly those within the unified Asia-Pacific market, the China-Singapore Green Carbon International Industrial Park is developed under the comprehensive China-Singapore resource cooperation framework. It serves as an industrial park centering on green industries, the operation of green infrastructure, and empowerment for sustainable green development.
