ABB Asia Headquarters Project

Project description:  The project is located in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a building area of 24,000 square meters. The headquarters of ABB Beijing Low Voltage Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. is a representative project of modern industrial real estate by integrating offices, R&D and production.

Project highlights:  The Group reserved a plot of 12,000 square meters for the second-phase development of ABB and completed investment and development of the second phase within the agreed time of two years after delivering the first phase, while exceeding expectations and  minimizing  ABB's cash flow pressure and operation risk.
