KDDI China Data Center Project

Project description:  The project is located in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total building area of 26,000 square meters. It is the first data center headquarters project invested in China by KDDI, one of the World's Top 500 Companies and Japan's second largest telecom operator, which has been completed in March 2012.

Project highlight:   Through effective management, the Group helped the company reduce the investment cost of nearly RMB 100 million and the project was completed construction 6 months ahead of schedule, meeting with the supervision and testing requirements on project quality of Japan-funded companies. In the electric power examination and approval of the data center, the Group helped KDDI obtain sufficient power conditions with its good relations with the government.
