Project description:  The project is located in Beijing Opto-Mechatronics Industrial Base, covering a land area of 66,667 square meters and a building area of 45,000 square meters. As the North China Headquarters of US Amazon, one of the World's Top 500 Companies, it is mainly used as the company's e-commerce and distribution center.

Project highlights:  In order to keep the building appearance unchanged, the internal functions are divided from the technical point of view to meet the needs of Amazon's diversified operations. As a result, the successful introduction of the Amazon North China Settlement Center brings considerable tax income to the local government.
