Project planning:The park covers a building area of about 150,000 square meters and its main purpose is customizing exclusive market frontiers for enterprises in the medical and large health industry. The first phase will open with 40,000 square meters, including 1# R&D center of 26,000 square meters and 2# incubation and business center of 14,000 square meters; later it will develop in four major functional areas including: artificial intelligence + medical and results transformation center, the functional area of biomedical materials and import substitutions for high-value consumables, the functional area of vitro diagnostic reagents, and the functional area of high-performance diagnostic equipment and key components, while perfectly integrating medical treatment with Internet+ and AI+, and fully embracing large health with an open physical platform.

Park support:  The park has an extensive range and variety of lifestyle facilities, with three support service platforms, including a policy consultation and training exchange service platform, as well as a professional technical service platform and enterprise support service platform.

Industrial service platform: The platform consists of six forms of services which include: policy, industrial, integrated business, activity, learning platform, and resource sharing services (supply and demand hall).

Traffic location: The park, located in the core area of industrial development of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone in Yizhuang, reaches Ruihe Road in the east, Rongxing North Second Street in the south, and Ruihe First Road in the west. The transportation around the park is convenient as it is located at the southwest corner of Taihe Bridge in the South Sixth Ring Road and close to airport T1 rail transit that borders on Rongchang East Street and Yizhuang Biomedical Park Station by south and north entrances.
