Kuntin Chengdu China-Europe Emergency Industrial Park

Kuntin Chengdu China-Europe Emergency Industrial Park, located in Southwest Airport Economic Development Zone of Shuangliu District, Chengdu, is an international first-class security and emergency industry cluster area jointly built by Kuntin Group and Shuangliu District People's Government, The park is comprised of the three leading industries of Shuangliu (electronic information, new energy, aviation) as its core, and is committed to build itself to be China’s Southwest Emergency Industry Center. Also, it is the first platform for exchange and cooperation between China and the world for the emergency industry.

Project planning:

Kuntin Group teamed up with AHK and the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce to build the China-Europe Emergency Industry Alliance as a platform for international industrial cooperation. The park has successfully reached a comprehensive strategic cooperation with the World's Top 500 Companies and central state-owned emergency enterprise Xinxing Cathay International Group, leading industrial agglomeration with international and domestic leaders in the security and emergency industry. At the same time, the alliance is working together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the China Security and Protection Industry Association to build the most high-end international emergency industrial park in China which will integrate government, industry, education, research and finance sectors.

The project covers a total land area of about 1,000 mu and is planned to be developed in three phases. It is designed as an industrial complex, including single-storey and multi-storey buildings, an R&D building, an incubator, a headquarters-only office building, a warehousing and logistics center, and a customer customization area as well as living facilities.

The first phase of the park covers a land area of 353 mu. The project can be both rented and sold, and also can provide custom services for customers.

Location advantage:

Shuangliu District, Chengdu is located in the core area of the “Tianfu New District” in the southwest of Chengdu, only 10 km away from the downtown area, and in close proximity of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, the fourth largest hub airport in China. The Southwest Airport Economic Development Zone, established in May 1992, is the earliest provincial-level key economic development zone in the mainland and is listed as six national construction and development bases, such as the National Innovation Base on Revitalizing Trade with Science and Technology and the National High-tech Industrial Base for New Energy Industry etc. In 2017, 171 companies located in this economic zone achieved an output value of RMB 104.7 billion, making the zone rank first in provincial industrial parks in Sichuan by economic aggregate.

Geographic location:

The project is located in the seventh phase of Southwest Airport Economic Development Zone, is adjacent to the direct management area of Tianfu New District, borders on Yixin Lake in the south, and is only a 15 minutes’ drive to Shuangliu Airport. It is adjacent to the high-speed exit of the Chengdu-Chongqing Loop Line in the west and the urban expressway Jiannan Avenue in the east, and there are many subway lines planned in the surrounding area, such as Line 1 and Line 5. Therefore, the traffic is extremely convenient.
