The conference was successfully held at the Conference Center of the National Information Technology Innovation Park in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. Guo Genliang, Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Fourth Joint Committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Commercial and Service Industry Associations, attended the meeting.

The conference elected a new term of the Council and Board of Supervisors, as well as the President, Vice Presidents, Supervisor-General and Secretary-General of the association. Liu Yongli from Beijing Industrial Design Institute Co., Ltd. was elected President; Qiu Ming, Chairman and President of Kuntin Investment Management Group Co., Ltd., was elected Vice President; Zhao Xingrong, General Manager of Beijing Chuangjiyuan SME Investment Management Co., Ltd., was elected Supervisor-General; Wang Hongyan, General Manager Assistant of Beijing Ziniu Yidong Technology Co., Ltd., was elected Secretary-General.

At the conference, newly elected President Liu Yongli delivered a speech, putting forward new work requirements for the new Council of the Beijing Municipal Development Zones Association. He emphasized key tasks including strengthening Party building work, providing diversified services, and giving full play to the association’s role as a bridge and bond under the new development landscape.

In response to the new tasks of the association’s new Council under the evolving circumstances, Qiu Ming, newly elected Vice President, shared Kuntin Group’s successful practices in developing and operating high-end industrial parks, empowering enterprise growth, and facilitating investment promotion for local governments. He put forward valuable suggestions for the new Council from the perspective of industrial park construction and operation.

The Beijing Municipal Development Zones Association is a non-profit social organization. Its members include national and municipal-level development zones and industrial bases in Beijing, enterprises and public institutions as well as individuals engaged in the construction and services of development zones, and all social entities and people committed to promoting the development of Beijing’s development zones. Approved by the former Beijing Municipal Bureau of Industry Promotion (now Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology) and registered with the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, the association was officially established in 2007.
